FLASH PLAYER LICENSE
FlashPlayers.net ("We", "Us", "Our") grants you a non-exclusive, limited use license to use the flash players available on this website in accordance with these terms of use (the "license").
Permitted uses of our flash players are outlined below.
You may:
- Use the flash players on your own website or your customer's website.
- Make whatever modifications necessary to make them fit your requirements. However, the modified flash player will still remain subject to this license.
- Sell your flash player along with an exsisting website, but only if the website is included in the purchase.
You may NOT:
- Redistribute our flash players as a part of a content management system (CMS).
- Resell or redistribute our flash players, modified, unmodified, standalone or combined with another product in any way not explicitly mentioned in this license without prior written (email) consent from us.
A) Nontransferable License
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to any other individual or entity.
B) Product Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our flash players modified or unmodified.
C) No Refund Policy
Purchases from our website are non-refundable due to the non-returnable nature of our products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, an exchange may be issued for alternate item(s) equal to or less than the value of your order at our discretion within 7 days of your initial purchase date.
You are entitled to only 1 product exchange per purchase, if you do not like the exchanged product then we are NOT entitled to give you another exchange.
D) Download Policy
From the time of your purchase you will have exactly 7 days to download and/or request a product change from us, after the 7 day period has passed you will no longer be allowed to download the product and we are NOT required to give you continued access to the files you purchased.
If you do not download and verify that your files are in-tact and in working order by the end of the 7 days you will have to re-purchase the product from our website in order to re-gain access to them.
E) Purchase Receipts
After you buy a product from our website a purchase receipt is generated for you and will remain on our website for a maximum time frame of 60 days before it will be removed, you can view these purchase receipts from your main membership login screen or by clicking on the "My Account" button after you have logged in.
You may keep these receipts for your own personal records, however if you do not save them before the 60 day period has ended we cannot and will not re-generate one for you, once this time frame has passed your receipt will be permanently removed from our databases.
F) Security And Restricted Site Access
This site is built with the most up to date security implimentations on the internet and we will not tolerate ANY abuse on our website. This includes but is not limited to trying to use various PayPal transaction hacks in order to fraudulently download our products or spamming our blog.
If you are attempting at violating this TOS in any way or trying to illegally access our downloaded content we have full rights to ban you from our website for life, if you are banned from our website all exsisting products you have in your download section will become restricted, no refunds will be issued, no exchanged product requests will be accepted and if you are a repeat offender you will hear from our lawyers.

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. We reserve the right to modify or revise this license at any time.
YOUR PURCHASE OF USE OF OUR FLASH PLAYERS IMPLIES THAT YOU HAVE BOTH READ AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE.
