All major sites use a Flash Player to allow users to view videos online. YouTube, MetaCafe, Veoh and DailyMotion are just a few of the sites which use there own flash players.
WHICH BROWSERS ARE THE FLASH PLAYERS SUPPORTED ON?
Thankfully our flash players are supported across all major browsers so you will never need to worry about a web visitor not being able to see your video.
CAN I SELL THE FLASH PLAYER I BUY FROM YOU?
No. We own the full rights to all the flash players on our site and we continue to hold those rights after you purchase a player from us, by purchasing a flash player from us we give you unrestricted usage rights, which means that you can use the player on any website you wish to use it on but you are not allowed to sell the SWF file that you purchased from us.
However if you are selling your website and are including the flash player with that website then this is allowed by us because you are not selling the SWF file on its own, we understand the need that people have to want to sell there player bundled with there websites.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DO SELL THE SWF FILES WE BUY FROM YOU?
We have a team of people working around the clock on many major websites which keep a close eye open for people selling our SWF files and if these people are caught they will be infringing on our license and upon our intellectual property rights.
We will ban that person from our website for life and take appropriate legal action against them.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE FIND SOMEONE SELLING YOUR SWF FILES?
If you find another website selling our flash players then please report them to us and we will take the appropriate action against them.
